Factory reset

Factory reset explains how to use Audream NotePin S and what to check if the expected result does not appear.

Before you start

• Make sure Audream NotePin S has enough battery for the operation.
• Keep the device close to your phone while using Bluetooth or Fast Transfer.
• Install the latest Audream App before changing device settings or firmware.

Steps

1. Open the Audream NotePin S page in the Audream App or Support Center.
2. Check that your device, app, and account are using the latest available version.
3. Follow the in-app instructions and keep the device nearby while the action completes.
4. If the issue continues, submit a ticket with screenshots, serial number, and reproduction steps.
