Change input gain

Change input gain explains how to use Audream Note and what to check if the expected result does not appear.

Before you start

• Make sure Audream Note has enough battery for the operation.
• Keep the device close to your phone while using Bluetooth or Fast Transfer.
• Install the latest Audream App before changing device settings or firmware.

Steps

1. Open the Audream Note page in the Audream App or Support Center.
2. Check that your device, app, and account are using the latest available version.
3. Follow the in-app instructions and keep the device nearby while the action completes.
4. If the issue continues, submit a ticket with screenshots, serial number, and reproduction steps.
