Sync device time explains how App & Software moves recordings and note data into the Audream App.

Follow the matching screen in the Audream App or Audream Web.

Before you start

  • Sign in to the Audream account that owns the note or device.
  • Check that the app has network access and the latest available version.
  • Keep the device nearby if the action requires Bluetooth or Wi-Fi transfer.

Steps

  1. Open the Audream App and connect App & Software.
  2. Wait for the device or account status to finish refreshing.
  3. Start the transfer or sync action from the matching screen.
  4. Keep the app open until the result appears in Notes.
