Manage recording sources

Manage recording sources helps you use the Audream App, Web, and Desktop experiences with your recordings and notes.

Before you start

• Sign in to the Audream account that owns the note or device.
• Check that the app has network access and the latest available version.
• Keep the device nearby if the action requires Bluetooth or Wi-Fi transfer.

Steps

1. Open the App & Software page in the Audream App or Support Center.
2. Check that your device, app, and account are using the latest available version.
3. Follow the in-app instructions and keep the device nearby while the action completes.
4. If the issue continues, submit a ticket with screenshots, serial number, and reproduction steps.
